Yes, all our shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.
For Domestic Orders, to be eligible for free shipping, simply fill your cart to reach an order total of AED 250. All The Modest Look products are shipped free of charge regardless of cart value.

For International Orders, free shipping is provided on Turkista products when you reach cart total of AED 400.
In case you have provided an insufficient/wrong address, reach out to our team at info@themodestlook.com with the correct/updated address ASAP.

Address correction/update is free of charge up until the point you receive a shipping confirmation from us, after which re-shipment charges will apply.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to info@themodestlook.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with that the shipping address you provided was correct. You may also be required to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you claim to not have received it, we won't take responsibility to reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
